Free shipping on every order
We don't charge shipping to the United States or Mexico. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long will my order take?
We prepare every order in 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery time depends on the product and the country:
United States
- L03 keratin hair mask, Anua Retinol Berry eye patches, LeeFar Her Juicy probiotics and CWANGIST Paris clay mask: 3 to 9 business days.
- LAIKOU 24K gold peel-off mask: 10 to 20 business days, since it ships from our international warehouse.
Mexico
- LAIKOU 24K gold peel-off mask: 12 to 25 business days.
- For now, all our other products ship to the United States only. If you're in Mexico and interested in one, message us and we'll let you know as soon as it's available.
Business days don't include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or due to carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer.
Orders with several products
We work with different warehouses, so if you order several products they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You'll receive a tracking number for each package.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you your tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also check the status on Track your order.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, message us as soon as possible: we can fix it as long as your order hasn't shipped.
Your order hasn't arrived?
If the estimated time has passed and your package hasn't shown up, message us. We'll check with the carrier and, if it was lost, we'll send you a new one or give you a full refund.
