Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Mexico, free of charge. For now, we only ship the 24K gold peel-off mask to Mexico; all other products ship to the United States.
How long does delivery take?
In the United States, 3 to 9 business days for most products and 10 to 20 for the gold mask. See all the details on our Shipping page.
Why did my order arrive in several packages?
We work with different warehouses, so if you order several products they may arrive separately. You'll get a tracking number for each package.

Do I have to follow the moon phases?
No. They're a guide to organize your routine; every product works on any night.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Several formulas are gentle and fragrance-free, but every skin is different. Try a small area first.
Are the probiotics a medicine?
No, they're a dietary supplement. Talk to your doctor if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medication.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll fix it at no cost. If you changed your mind, you have 30 days with the product unopened. Details on our Returns & exchanges page.
